Dusty Roads

Sometimes our missionary path seems weary, dusty and just plain sweaty.  This afternoon our little temperature gauge may hit 100F.  I'm thankful to be out of the sun and off the dusty roads at the moment. Counting Days

Once again I find myself counting down the days until I travel to see family and dear friends.  In the past the months between our travels were long, lately we have tried a new tactic and have been going with more frequency.  Short trips with less time between is nice for seeing the grands and our parents, but we haven't been in many of our churches in a few years.  We need a real furlough soon! In the meantime, I'm counting days until a college graduation and senior recital, until grandbaby snuggles and parent hugs and kisses, until dinner out with friends and meals in with our boys and girls.  Ah, until I try to hold a certain grandcat in my arms again. Today's count is 70.
