Train Ride

On December 10 we left the hot sunny weather of Sobradinho, Bahia and headed for the chilly rainy weather of North Carolina.  Our travels included a lift to the airport by a friend, three separate air flights which landed us in Miami, a taxi ride, and a two part train ride.

I left Brazil crying about this and that, including leaving my doggies.  I arrived in Greensboro to be greeted by loving friends and family with hugs and kisses.

God is good and was with us each step of the way during our travels.  Many people helped to make our trip happen and to keep us going along the way.  I'll never forget a special angel of a lady who helped us at the Amtrak Station in Miami and kept a friendly eye on our boys while at the station.
